Char lie, w ho has a special b ond w ith plants, decides t o enter the competition where she and the other pumpkin growers fa ce sab otage a nd a genet ical ly en gi neered rival. As she n urtu res her pumpkin ‘Peter’ and watche s him grow, so does a bond b etwee n Dinah and Char lie.
